"Speeding buses shake our windows" - Lib Dem Hina Takes Action

Hina Bokhari, a Liberal Democrat London Assembly Member, recently visited Sandhurst Road to find out more about the vibration problems faced by residents from speeding buses and other vehicles.

Diana Cashin said “We are so grateful for Hina’s support over many months. She has already written to the Mayor of London and asked a number of Mayoral questions. It is good news that she has received an assurance that more buses will have automatic speed controls on them, but there is still far more that needs to done as sadly the Mayor and TfL still fail to understand how serious the problem is.

“We will keep campaigning on this issue until severe vibration and even sleep disturbance faced by residents comes to an end.”
