Diana Cashin

I have lived in Catford South for nearly 30 years.

My work as IT Manager at the National Maritime Museum and later as the programme manager for TV switchover in the UK, Serbia and Malaysia has given me a strong commitment to ensuring that no one is excluded by digital barriers, from essential services, whether that’s for parking, healthcare or other everyday needs. The experience of these multi-million pound contracts has also given me the skills to make sure they deliver value.

As secretary of my local residents’ association for many years, I am equally passionate about making everyone’s voice heard in shaping the
issues that affect their daily lives and making sure the council gets the basics right, including clean pavements, less littering and good street
lighting.  We need to work together to make Catford South – and Lewisham, a better place to live.
