Hi there, I’m Neil Brown and I was recently nominated as the Membership Officer for Wycombe Liberal Democrats for 2024. My role is to organise events, engage members and hopefully increase our membership.

With this in mind I’d like to invite you to our first event of the year! We are hosting a Quiz at Downley Community Centre on Saturday 27th April from 5pm. There is also an optional order of fish and chips. If you would like to come along please use the booking link below. Quiz entry is £5 per person (2-6 people per team) and the fish and chips is an additional £10.

 As we gear up for Thursday's election, we want to come together for a vital briefing on the last few days of the campaign, polling day and the count. 

We are meeting on Sunday 28th at 10am. Chandlers Field Primary School, High St, West Molesey KT8 2LX.

We are keen to update local teams on what is needed and how we can best maximise our limited resources in the right place. 

After the meeting, canvassing will be available in Molesey West. Please stay on if you can. 

Voters in Hillingdon East have an extra ballot on 2nd May! Following the resignation of a Conservative councillor we have a great candidate - Tom Cottew - fighting a great campaign. We've already delivered the best political letter I've ever seen to every postal voter in the ward. We now need to get a similar letter to the non-postal voters. Come to Betty's Café on Hercies Road in Hillingdon this Sunday. It's close to Hillingdon Station (turn right out of the station and it's the other side of the crossroads). We meet at 10am for coffee and a chat, and start delivery around 10:30.

It will be just days before the West Putney by-election and this will be our last best chance to persuade voters to ditch their usual voting patterns and go for the local candidate and Lib Dem supremo, Mark Lejman.

We will be meeting upstairs at Harvey's Bakehouse - just a short walk from Putney train station - for a briefing and then head into West Putney to knock on doors, talk to voters, walk them through our ambitious plans and ultimately get the first Lib Dem on Wandsworth Council in over 40 years!

It's all the play for. And we are in the game.

the campaign by London Lib Dem legend Caroline Pidgeon, just days before she

steps down after 26 years of being elected as a Liberal Democrat in London. And

in the afternoon, GLA candidates from across London will be helping. So please

join us as we find more Lib Dem voters in Frognal!

Caroline will be joining us in the morning, so come for a

big photo, and then pick up some delivery or join the team knocking on doors. The

GLA candidates will be joining us at 1.30pm, so there’ll be another photo then!

This year all our GLA counts will be verified, sorted and counted manually - there will be no helpful ward by ward breakdown of the results provided by city hall, and we’ll have to tally our target areas by hand. 

That’s why we’re putting on an in person practical count training session at 4pm on Sunday 28th April.

You’ll get to be part of a live count with our training team and you’ll have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need of the team and of me, your London Agent, so that you can get the very best information out of the count.
