C & A Liberal Democrats Super Spring Raffle

  • 02 May 2026
  • 12.30 pm - 11.55 pm

Now that flowers are blooming and the weather is warming up, it is time for our Super Spring Raffle!

We have a bumper basket full of gorgeous gifts for the lucky winner of our raffle.

Some of the lovely gifts in our basket include champagne, a magnum of white wine and delicious chocolates. Not to mention the set of super-fashionable chocolate Labubu cake toppers!

Tickets are only £10 - buying a ticket gives you a great chance of winning our fantastic basket of goodies worth well over £100!

We are now fundraising ready to defend this constituency at the next General Election.

We know that the Conservatives are desperate to win Chesham & Amersham back. And Reform are gearing up to challenge us too.  So we need to get campaigning right now to support our brilliant, hardworking MP Sarah Green. We also need to support our wonderful team of councillors and activists, and campaign across the seat.

Together we are gearing up for activity in towns and villages right across the seat - just in case there is yet another snap General Election.

Thanks to our fantastic team of volunteers, and our new staff member Lizzie, our Chesham Office is now open six mornings a week. Having the office has really put us on the map.

All this activity, the office and a paid staff member costs money. So we would love you to support our campaign to win Chesham & Amersham again by buying a raffle ticket or two.

You might just be the lucky winner of the fabulous basket of gifts worth over £100, when the raffle closes on May 22nd 2026!

Post-Election Drinks for London Liberal Democrats

After weeks (and months!) of hard graft, it’s time to come together, take stock, and celebrate.

Southwark Liberal Democrats are hosting post-election drinks and we’d love colleagues from across London to join us. Whether you’ve been knocking doors, delivering leaflets, running data, or supporting candidates in any way, this is a chance to unwind, share stories from the campaign trail, and raise a glass to everything we’ve achieved together.

Whatever the results, these elections are built on the efforts of volunteers and campaigners across London – so let’s mark the moment properly.

Friday 8 May, from 19:00
At The Arzner in Bermondsey Square (10 mins walk from London Bridge).

Feel free to drop in at any point during the evening and stay as long as you like. Do bring friends, family, and fellow activists – everyone is very welcome.

We’re keen to make this a great cross-London get-together, so please do share with your local teams and networks.

If you’d be up for helping organise or spread the word, just let me know.

  • 11-12 Westgate Buildings
    Bath

Around 5,000 seats across 136 local councils are up for grabs on Thursday 7th May.

What will the results mean for the country, and specifically for us in Bath & North East Somerset as we switch into top gear for our elections in 2027?  How do we respond and adapt to an increasingly fragmented 5-party political system?

Get the inside track on the outcomes and how to interpret them at our confidential briefing with our local data guru Cllr George Tomlin, who in addition to being one of our wonderful local councillors (Kingsmead ward), is also a national campaign manager for the party, and has been working on campaigns across the country.

We’ve been fortunate to get a private room at The Cork, Westgate Buildings, Bath BA1 1EB. Cash and Card bar. Come along for a vital briefing and discussion in good company. See you there!
