General Election 2019

A General Election has been confirmed for 12th December. The Liberal Democrats are proud to have led the campaign against Brexit over the past three years. Our message is clear - if the Liberal Democrats win a majority on 12th December we will REVOKE ARTICLE 50. If not, our MPs will vote for a People's Vote.

Having come top in the European Elections here in Lewisham there is now a real chance that Lewisham's residents will elect their first Liberal Democrat MPs. We would welcome your help in making this happen by getting involved in our campaign or making a donation.

Bobby Dean is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Lewisham, Deptford. Bobby first arrived in the Lewisham Deptford area as a fresher at Goldsmiths in 2008. He was the first in his family to go to University, having grown up in a council house in Essex where his dad is a scaffolder and mum is a cleaner. Bobby is determined to Stop Brexit, knowing that it is his generation that will be hit the hardest.

Labour and the Conservatives receive most of their funding from trade unions and wealthy investors. We don't. We depend on you! Every pound we raise now will be spent on promoting the Lib Dems' core message: we will Stop Brexit and Demand Better for this country.
